I am a human, and . . .

This website, Homo Sum (homosum.uk), is a collection of articles (blog posts) I (Reza) have written for my training sessions over the past few years.  They were massively helpful to me and my training sessions.  I hope they continue to benefit more people through this website.

I wrote them in a simple format, avoided jargon where possible and explained them where such words were necessary.  I have included some references and citations, but not as rigorously as is common in academic papers.

The articles are collected into three groups:

  1. Health and Happiness

  2. Positive Psychology

  3. Humanis Views

I will continue to update these articles and add new ones to the collection to ensure they remain valid and helpful.

I welcome your comments and questions about the topics on this website.  Please use the contact form provided.
